We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. 

Cancellations will be honored only up to 2 hours after time of purchase and are subject to a 20% restocking fee

If an adjustment needs to be made to an existing order (ie: size change) before the order is fulfilled and shipped, please let us know via email to contact@jripla.com

 

We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers. In the rare event of incorrect, defects or damages to items in your order, please adhere to the following resolution policy:

  • Report the incorrect, damaged, or defective item within 3 days of delivery of the order
  • Include photos of any areas you find that are affected. At least 3 photos are required: a close up, full frame and one photo of the size tag (if applicable).
