All orders are hand-packed and carefully inspected prior to shipment. 

SHIPPING TIME

Orders are NOT shipped on Weekends & Holidays. **OUR OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED ON MONDAY MAY 25th FOR MEMORIAL DAY**

Business days are from Monday through Friday. (Weekends & Holidays excluded)

U.S. DOMESTIC
Please allow for 1-3 business days for order processing and 2-8 business days for delivery. 

INTERNATIONAL 
Please allow for 1-3 business days for order processing and 7-20 business days for delivery.
JRIP LA is not responsible for any customs fees, if any.

  • MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
Please allow between 1-9 business days for production after the date of purchase. Once the item(s) is completely produced and ready for shipment, an email confirmation will be sent to the customer's email address used to the place order. The email confirmation will include a tracking number for customers to track the package while in transit until it reaches the desired shipping address.

** Customers must pay for a new shipping label if the initial address entered for the order is incorrect and the original shipment is sent back to JRIP LA due incorrect/incomplete address. **

Please make sure to add Apt/Ste/P.O. Box numbers. 

PLEASE NOTE: Jrip LA is not responsible for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages. Shipping delays are out of Jrip LA's control once it is in the shipping carriers possession. Once the tracking number provided posts that your order has been delivered or is on the way, Jrip LA is not liable for your undelivered/lost package. You will have to file a claim with the shipping carrier that handled your package (i.e. USPS or UPS). We appreciate your understanding.
